Welcome to Pellicor. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website pellicor.com and your purchase of any products from Pellicor. By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Please read these Terms together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, which form part of your agreement with us.

1. Using Our Website

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other users' accounts, or our systems
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data from the Site without our written permission
Introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
Use the Site to transmit spam or unsolicited commercial messages

We may suspend or block access to the Site for any user who violates these rules.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@pellicor.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including product designs, photographs, text, graphics, logos, the Pellicor name and brand, page layouts, and software — is owned by or licensed to Pellicor and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

Inspired designs. Some Pellicor products are original designs inspired by popular culture, film wardrobes, and public style moments. These products are created and manufactured independently by Pellicor. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any film studio, production company, celebrity, or public figure, and no such affiliation is implied. Character names, film titles, or celebrity names that may appear in product descriptions are used solely to describe the style inspiration and remain the property of their respective owners.

Any trademarks, service marks, logos, character names, film titles, celebrity names, or other intellectual property referenced on this Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive, identification, or compatibility purposes. Their use does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or approval by the respective rights holders.

4. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; a contract is formed when we dispatch your products (or, for custom orders, when production begins). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, where fraud is suspected, stock is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or shipping to your location is not possible. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full promptly.

Custom orders. For made-to-measure and custom products, you are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements and design choices you submit. Our team may review your measurements and suggest adjustments; the final decision — and responsibility for it — rests with you, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars (or the currency selected at checkout) and include the product cost; shipping is free as described in our Shipping Policy. Taxes and duties are handled as described in our Shipping Policy.

Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice. Despite our care, occasional pricing errors can occur. If a product's correct price is lower than the price displayed at your time of purchase, we will charge the lower price and refund the difference. If the correct price is higher, we will contact you for instructions before proceeding or cancel the order and refund you in full. We are not obligated to fulfill orders placed at a clearly erroneous price.

Promotional codes and sale prices cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before or after the promotional period, and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

6. Product Information

We work hard to display our jackets accurately, but please note:

Leather is a natural material. Slight variations in grain, texture, and shade between hides — and between the product photographed and the one you receive — are natural characteristics of genuine leather, not defects.
Colors on screen may differ slightly from real life depending on your display settings.
Measurements in our size charts are provided in good faith; small tolerances (±0.5 inch) are standard in garment manufacturing.

If accuracy on any point matters to your purchase decision, contact us before ordering and we will provide additional photos or measurements of the actual product.

7. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and the other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is captured at the time of order. All payments are processed by secure, PCI-DSS-compliant third-party processors; we do not store your full card details. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We may cancel orders that our fraud checks flag as high-risk and will notify you if we do.

8. Shipping

Shipping timelines, carriers, customs, and lost/damaged parcel procedures are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to your address.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence, including statutory warranty and withdrawal rights where they apply.

10. Reviews & User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to the Site or tag us on social media, you grant Pellicor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing and Site purposes, with credit where practical. You confirm your content is your own, does not infringe anyone's rights, and is not misleading. We may remove user content at our discretion.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site itself — including uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Site is free of harmful components. This disclaimer relates to the website; product quality issues are covered by our Return & Refund Policy and your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Pellicor's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or products.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, carrier failures, customs actions, or governmental restrictions (force majeure).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your non-waivable consumer rights.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pellicor, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

14. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate shipping and contact information
Providing accurate measurements for custom orders
Reviewing your order details before submitting
Complying with your country's import regulations where applicable
Caring for your leather products according to the care instructions provided

15. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and refuse future service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse our return policy, or mistreat our staff. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

Termination does not affect orders already placed, which will be completed or refunded as appropriate, and does not affect provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

As Pellicor sells products worldwide, customers may also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in their country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@pellicor.com and allow us up to 30 days to resolve the matter in good faith. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new Last Updated: July 16, 2026 date. Changes apply to orders placed after the change takes effect; the terms in force when you placed your order continue to apply to that order.

18. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pellicor regarding the Site and your purchases, and supersede any prior understandings.
